Breakfast - Bacon, mushroom, toast, cereal, yoghurt, fruit
 
Activities am - Archery and Orienteering 
 
Lunch - Jacket potatoes with beans/ Bolognese, chicken and chorizo, cheese. Leek and potato soup, Salad bar and fruit
 
Activities pm - Fencing and aeroball (trampoline activity)
 
Dinner - chicken goujons, pasta bake, pork chow mein, salad bar, sponge and custard 
 
Evening activity - Ambush
